The review form shares many settings with the custom forms. Click here to read how the settings that are common work. Note that in the review form you cannot add custom fields.
The main form has some additional features that are activated when you enable Long-visit Guests in the Hotel Settings page.
You can enable the follow-up review feature by checking the corresponding checkbox. Furthermore you need to define on how many days after the first review, your guest will be asked to submit it’s follow-up review.
