In the Reviews > Form Entries page you can see all your form entries. You can click on the Hotel link in the table row to filter the reviews for the selected hotel. Also you can click on the Form link in the table row to get the entries of a specific form.
When you view entries from a specific form, an Export button appears and you can click it and get all recorded data.
Click to a form entry to see all its details, with your guest’s information and activity stream.
